Compliance Associate – Asset Manager
Our client, a fast-growing global asset manager with approximately $70bn in assets under management, is seeking a Compliance Associate to join its Singapore office.
This is a broad generalist compliance role, offering exposure across advisory, monitoring, and regulatory matters, with close interaction across investment, distribution, and operations teams. The firm is continuing to expand in the region, and this role offers strong long-term progression opportunities within the compliance function.
Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day compliance support and advisory to the business

Assist with compliance monitoring, testing, and surveillance activities

Review marketing materials and client communications

Support regulatory reporting and interactions with the MAS

Assist with maintaining compliance policies, procedures, and controls

Support regulatory change and internal compliance initiatives
Candidate Profile
-
Experience in a compliance role within asset or investment management
-
Working knowledge of the Singapore regulatory framework (MAS)
-
Experience operating in a generalist compliance capacity

Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability
-
Relevant compliance qualifications (e.g. ICA, ACAMS) beneficial but not essential
