Compliance Officer (Generalist)
A mid-sized asset management firm based in London’s West End is seeking a Compliance Officer to join its established compliance function. This is a broad, hands-on generalist role offering exposure across advisory, monitoring, and regulatory work.
Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day compliance advisory support to the business

Compliance monitoring, surveillance, and testing activities

Review of financial promotions and marketing materials

Support FCA regulatory reporting and interactions

Assist with policy maintenance and regulatory change projects
Candidate Profile

Experience in a compliance role within asset or investment management
-
Good working knowledge of the UK regulatory framework (FCA)

Background in a generalist compliance role
-
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
-
ICA or similar qualification desirable but not essential
The Package

Base salary £55,000–£60,000
