UCITS Lawyer
Our client is a rapidly growing Fintech who are looking to hire an experienced UCITS lawyer to look after their dedicated fund platform (with several billion in AUM).
The role will see you being the sole individual looking after this platform and will grant you and exceptional amount of exposure to the workings of a UCITS fund from a legal perspective.
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 3 years of experience in this area of law and will need to be able to work in a largely autonomous and proactive matter.
You will be working closely with the General Counsel in order to deliver legal advice to the business and stakeholders.
In addition to specific UCITS work you will also be looking at general tech and commercial contracts that will be coming in from time to time.
