Technology Risk – Supervision
I am working with a UAE based regulator on this search. They are looking for a Technology Risk specialist to provide subject matter expertise and to lead the team in the Supervision of FinTech’s and other regulated firms within their jurisdiction.
Aside from managing a team of 6 to 8 people performing Risk-based Supervision, they will also be required to support on the development of Policy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision of Regulated entities
- Developing Strategy, Planning, Projects & their implementation
- People Management
- Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
- Documentation & Reporting
Qualifications & Experience required:
- 10 years minimum experience in Risk or Compliance within a regulator or regulated environment
- At least 4 years in a managerial position
- Specific knowledge of the development of FinTech, RegTech, InsurTech, etc.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
