Senior Legal Counsel – Transaction Banking
Our client is a leading financial services firm looking to hire an experienced banking and finance lawyer into their high performing In-House legal function.
This is an exciting transactional role that will see you cover a wide range of matters including but not limited to: ECA Finance, Asset Finance, Trade Finance and general lending work.
The ideal candidate for the position will have at least 3 years’ PQE and will be coming from either a leading private practice law firm or In-House team.
