Senior Legal Counsel

My client is a well known, global, insurer looking for someone to join in a very business facing role.. This team is spread across their key global hubs but this role is based in London. The purpose of this team is to work closely with their clients to provide personalised solutions to help them reduce risk through a number of means.  This will see you work with some of the most senior stakeholders in the business as well as working on some of the more complex insurance and reinsurance deals from a structuring perspective.

They are looking for some with a lot of commercial insurance or reinsurance experience or even some with a bit of underwriting experience. This is absolutely not an underwriting position with no sales element whatsoever. It’s simply focused on similar areas and should be hugely exciting.

The set up of the team is a Global Head and then a number of senior lawyers handling the technical work on a global basis.
