Senior Legal Counsel
My client, a boutique bank based in the heart of the city, is looking for an experienced transaction banking lawyer to join their tight knit community of high performers.
You will be working very closely with the General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel on a wide variety of matters that pertain to the bank.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of experience in transactional banking matters and will ideally have touched upon trade finance legal work (letters of credit, guarantees, trade loans etc..). In addition to transaction banking work you’ll also be covering a wide varity of commercial contract work.
The role is London based and will include a mature approach to flexible working. The role also offers a strong base salary and benefits.
