Senior Audit Manager – Investment Banking

This is a unique chance to join one of the most prestigious financial services organisations in the world. It has a position at VP level covering its growing Global Advisory business, so private markets/M&A/ECM/DCM.

The ideal candidate will have some exposure to Global Advisory, more general Capital Markets or Asset /Wealth Management. If coming from a non-Global Advisory business line, this person must show enthusiasm to work, and be able to translate their risk and control knowledge into the Global Advisory arena.

The work life balance is very good especially for an investment bank. Staff turnover in Internal Audit is low, people enjoy the work and the low levels of bureaucracy compared to larger bulge bracket banks.  Relationships both internally and with external clients are hugely valued and this may be why the company has managed to grow its revenues and profits in all divisions despite competitors largely struggling.  There is a hybrid working model with an expectation of 3 days in the office and 2 working from home. There is an opportunity to travel internationally to some exotic locations which is optional, the role can also be low travel.
