Operational Resilience Manager

This world-renowned media organization has a unique opportunity for a highly experienced Operational Resilience Manager to help shape the future of the function and raise awareness of Operational Resilience in the organization. This is a rare opportunity because the company is a non-FS organization tackling the Operational Resilience piece in-line with FCA/PRA regulations in order to make sure their organization is resilient. You will have the opportunity to help to shape the function and drive Operational Resilience forward. Responsibilities will range from designing frameworks, identifying risks, developing plans, and training and awareness amongst other responsibilities.

The company is looking for someone who has strong Operational Resilience skills and experience working in-line with the FCA and PRA regulations. The role is offered on a hybrid basis so you must be able to travel to West London 3 days a week, with 2 days a week working from home.
