Legal Counsel – Transaction Banking
Our client is a boutique UK Headquartered financial services firm looking to hire a legal counsel into their growing team.
This position was created off the back of an internal promotion of a high performing lawyer in the team who will now be the hiring manager for this role.
The role itself will be perfect for a junior-mid level lawyer looking to cover a broad and fast paced role within the transaction banking space.
No two days will be the same in this role. Your coverage area will include the following: Real Estate Finance, Leveraged Finance, Corporate Lending, Funds Finance, Specialty Finance, Asset Backed Lending and more.
In addition to the above product areas you will also from time to time be supporting the organizations wider legal function with general corporate and commercial legal support.
The initial indication in terms of PQE for this role is somewhere in the region of 1-4 years but candidate on either side of this banding with relevant experience will also be considered.
