Legal Counsel – Trade Finance
Our client is a boutique banking organization that focuses on emerging markets investments in a number of jurisdictions.
Their London legal team is looking to onboard a lawyer with good working knowledge of trade finance documentation into their team.
This role will necessitate a lawyer with a strong grasp of the French language. While there will be no need to draft in French you will be speaking to francophone clients and at times, internal and external stakeholders.
This legal counsel position reports into the Head of Legal and will see you join a small tight-knit team of individuals who are all passionate about emerging markets work. You will gain fantastic exposure to a broad range of work across the trade finance space and will have insight into the various different jurisdictions the bank operates in. No two days will be the same!
The salary on offer for this position is up to £100,000 on the base plus a good bonus and benefits.
