IT Risk Manager – up to €75000

I am currently supporting a well known client within the Automotive Insurance space. The company itself is currently going through a transformation within the IT and Cyber Security team, they are now currently looking for a junior IT Risk Manager.

A candidate with around 2-3 years would be suitable for this role and fluent German is required. There is no VISA sponsorship.

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop under a leading CISO who values the opinions of his team. You will not only get further training and development but the chance to take more responsibility when the time comes.

Your tasks in the team:

  • As an IT risk manager, you will support this companies overarching risk management from an IT perspective.
  • You will be responsible for reporting and further processing IT risks, and working with risk management.
  • You control, coordinate and monitor technical and organizational measures to minimize risk.
  • You identify risks associated with IT outsourcing and propose mitigation measures accordingly.
  • You will actively participate in internal and external audits on the topics of VAIT and TISAX, as well as other regulatory audits.

This is what we want from you:

  • You have successfully completed your studies, an apprenticeship in the field of IT or a comparable qualification
  • You have at least two years of professional experience in risk management
  • Ideally, you already have knowledge of VAIT, TISAX and ISO27001, and are familiar with the DORA project
  • You are characterized by a pragmatic approach and a solution-oriented approach
  • You are communicative, assertive and have an eye for the big picture
  • Solid written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile
