IT Service Manager – up to €75,000

I am currently supporting a well known client within the Automotive Insurance space. The company itself is currently going through a transformation within the IT and Cyber Security team, they are now currently looking for a junior IT Service Manager.

A candidate with around 2-3 years would be suitable for this role and fluent German is required. There is no VISA sponsorship.

• As an ITSM specialist (m/f/d), you will support our service management processes in IT with regard to compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
• You control, coordinate and monitor this companies core IT processes. This includes, among other things, change and incident management, as well as identity and access management. Other processes round off the service management.
• You are the interface between IT and the specialist departments and support all users of this companies as an enabler.
• You will actively participate in internal and external audits on the topics of VAIT and TISAX, as well as other regulatory audits.
• The continuous review and further development of processes is a matter of course for you.

This is what we want from you:

• You have successfully completed your studies, an apprenticeship in the field of IT or a comparable qualification
• You have at least two years of professional experience in IT process management and corresponding frameworks
• Ideally, you already have knowledge of VAIT or TISAX
• You are characterized by a pragmatic approach and a solution-oriented approach
• You are communicative, assertive and have an eye for the big picture.
• Solid written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.
