An exciting opportunity has arisen within our dynamic and globally recognized Equities Hedge Fund client. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Investment Risk and Performance Analyst to join our high-performing team. This role is positioned at the heart of the action, situated on the trading floor alongside Portfolio Managers, focusing on both ex-ante and ex-post analysis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in conducting Risk Analysis, Attribution Analysis, and Performance Analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Portfolio Managers, Chief Risk Officer (CRO), and Head of Marketing.
• Conduct thorough Risk and Performance Analysis on long only and long-short funds.
• Provide valuable insights to the funds and communicate findings to investors.
• Work on Risk and Performance Attribution, contributing to strategic decision-making.
• Maintain a strong presence in commercial markets, ensuring exposure to various facets of the asset management industry.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in roles such as Investment Risk Analyst, Attribution Analyst, or Performance Analyst.
• Proven track record within the asset management industry.
• Familiarity with long only and long-short funds.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication skills to articulate insights effectively to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) would be advantageous.
