This boutique asset manager is looking for an Internal Auditor/ SOX Consultant to join them on a contract basis.  Ideally you should have previous internal audit, internal controls (including SOX) experience gained from either a consulting firm or a similar financial services sector business.  This requirement is expected to run for 3 months initially, with a high probability of being extended beyond the initial period.  This opportunity can be offered on an outside IR35 basis.
