Audit Manager /Senior Audit Manager
This niche ESG focused Asset Manager, covers all major asset classes. It has a position for an Audit Manager with the prospect that after 12 months this person will be eligible for promotion whereupon the role will focus more on overseeing delivery and reviewing.
The team covers all aspects of the company and this year’s plan includes various front office desk reviews and private debt along with a review of the risk management framework. The company was a pioneer in ESG investing and uses its investing power to actively improve ESG aspects within its investment portfolio, helping to increase value as a result. It offers hybrid working with the expectation of being in the office three days a week but there is flexibility around timing. If someone needs to do drop-offs or pick-ups, then there is no problem starting and finishing early or late.
The company culture is very supportive, and the Head of Audit is considered one of the strongest in the sector, respected for his mentorship and people development.
