Infrastructure Project Manager

Immediate Requirement

London – Hybrid

6-month contract

£600 – 650 inside IR35 (PAYE)

A financial service firm is seeking a Project Manager. The role will mainly be focused on moving workloads from on-premise data centers into Azure Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, mobilise, and deliver projects to time, cost, and quality targets in line with applicable policies, best practices, and Information Security standards
  • Engaging senior stakeholders to shape the direction of the project.
  • Successfully deliver large and complex projects, including; EU directives, policy development, operating model, technology, and people change projects, from start to finish.
  • Understanding the context in which the project is delivered and anticipating challenges or blockers that may impede the team or identifying opportunities to join things up across the organisation to drive efficiency.

Skills required

  • Experience as a technical infrastructure Project Manager
  • Cloud experience (Azure)
  • Intune, Endpoint manager experience
  • Proven track record of working in a highly regulated environment
  • Proven track record of successful delivery of projects to budget and schedule.

As an ideal candidate will have Project Management qualifications such as Prince2. You will also have a proven track record of supporting a move to the cloud.
