Your Role

  • Lead Head of Risk Management for UK Operations Teams
  • Shape and oversee first-line risk strategy in collaboration with business partners
  • Contribute significantly to the design and delivery of risk management strategy
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Operations, facilitating well-managed objectives
  • Stay informed on regulatory changes and influence key regulatory projects
  • Support process management teams, ensuring adherence to ‘Dynamic and Well-Controlled’ standards
  • Serve as a liaison across business partners, technology, and assurance functions
  • Drive meaningful risk reductions through effective collaboration
  • Synthesize data, conduct analysis, and provide valuable business insights
  • Design, implement, and influence internal governance processes
  • Assess controls and manage key risk deliverables
  • Seek an experienced leader with senior risk management background in a regulated industry
  • Possess critical thinking skills, focus on quality and timeliness
  • Foster a collaborative and trusting environment
