Central London, 3 days per week

PAYE Contract

Take ownership of data protection for a global membership organisation and shape the company’s approach across multiple regions.

You’ll report to the Head of Legal and have access to strong legal and compliance resources. With three days a week in the Central London office, you’ll manage the rest of your schedule from home.

This role gives you the platform to advise senior leaders across UK business, guide colleagues on all data protection matters, and influence how the organisation manages risk.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the organisation’s data protection compliance programme
  • Provide expert advice to leadership, departments, and regional teams
  • Develop and maintain the data protection framework
  • Oversee DSARs, incident management, and vendor/personal data contract reviews
  • Ensure the effective running of the department
  • Line manage and develop a Data Protection Executive

What you’ll need

  • Legal or compliance background
  • Strong knowledge of UK data protection laws, GDPR, and the e-Privacy directive
  • Experience applying these laws in a membership-driven or data-heavy setting
  • Availability to start quickly
