Cyber Security Analyst

My client, a household name, is seeking a hands on cyber security analyst to join their growing team in London.

This role forms a critical part of the organisations cyber defence strategy. Working closely with the Global Head, your duties will encompass traditional cyber defence strategy, including monitoring IDS/IPS and SIEM devices, but equally, more proactive measures such as vulnerability management, threat hunting and threat detection engineering. You will assist the team in ensuring that devices remain up to scratch, proactively assessing threats and mitigating those in the tooling.

In order to be successful in your application, a minimum of 2 years cyber security experience in a technical field is required. Certifications are a plus, but by no means a necessity. Experience utilising SIEM and EDR tooling is also required, as well as the drive and motivation to learn new concepts within the field.
