Corporate Compliance
My client is a global Energy firm based in Slough.
They have a small compliance team and are looking for an additional compliance officer after a recent promotion.
I placed the current compliance manager 4 years ago and they would be an excellent person to learn from and work with.
This role is not a financial services compliance officer but a trade and corporate compliance officer.
In this role, you will work with the general counsel and compliance manager to implement and maintain compliance policies and procedures that comply with all relevant legislation.
Your main skillset must include
- GDPR
- UK Anti bribery and corruption legislation
- Sanctions
- Fraud
- Client Onboarding.
- Corporate Criminal Offence
- Modern Slavery Legislation
You will be based in the Slough office 3 days and 2 at home.
Salary on offer is £60,000 – £70,000 plus bonus and benefits
