Head of Compliance
Barclay Simpson are currently recruiting for a Head of Compliance for a boutique institutional asset management business based in London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and successful business and to truly make your mark on a compliance function.
This business works across a broad range of asset classes and the role will have a global remit. You will have full oversight of the compliance function and will have significant strategical input to the business from a compliance perspective. You will be responsible for all FCA, SEC and MAS related compliance queries.
You will ideally come from a similar sized asset management house with experience of dealing with regulators including FCA, SEC and MAS. You will ideally have held SMF16 and SMF17 in the past although this is not an absolute prerequisite. The salary on offer for this role is £130,000 – £165,000 plus bonus and benefits.
