Job Description:

• Provide second-line operational risk oversight within the global Chief Risk Officer function.
• Partnering with business teams, you’ll ensure effective risk management frameworks and policies, contributing to the successful execution of business strategy in a controlled manner.
• Your focus will be on partnering with the Real Assets business through significant change initiatives.
• Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, operational advisory, risk reviews, contributing to risk frameworks, education, and communication. We seek a leader with substantial experience, strong technical knowledge, and a collaborative mindset.

About You

• Substantial experience of 10+ years
• Professional qualifications desirable
• Comprehensive knowledge of international asset management
• xcellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to challenge and influence effectively
• Experience in global operational risk management leadership
