Manager Security Services

Leading Critical National Infrastructure company seeks a Security Services Manager to lead a team of c75 cyber security professionals (5 direct reports). The role reports directly to the CISO.

The Security Services team supports the business units within the Group by providing secure services and platforms including security architecture, security technologies, and monitoring and response. This is an internal service only (not for external customers).

You will be responsible for the effective delivery of security services across the group, as well as the operational direction of the services. This role requires SC clearance.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic Security Leader who has delivered security services within either an MSSP or a complex business which is highly regulated. You will have strong people management experience and will bring a wealth of security experience from different companies or service providers. You will have strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.

The role is offered as hybrid, with most of the week spent working from home. You will be required in the office (London or Bristol) once or twice a month for essential meetings.
