Internal Controls Manager – UK SOX
Our client, a FTSE100 listed business is looking for an Internal Controls Manager to work with one of their workstreams to ensure the success design, roll-out and implementation of their UK SOX readiness programme. This role will drive the implementation of any UKCR based projects aimed at improving their controls environment. The opportunity requires a self-starter with a solid understanding of core project management disciplines, a pragmatic approach, and a willingness to be “hands-on” as necessary in addition to previous knowledge and experience of UK Corporate Reform (UKCR) and/or US Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
