Legal Counsel
We’re recruiting on behalf of a global alternative investment firm who are looking to add a Commercial Contracts Attorney into their team.
The role will focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial and corporate agreements, including NDAs, service agreements, engagement letters, vendor contracts, purchase agreements, loan agreements, joint venture documentation, side letters, operating agreements, and other transaction-related documents.
The ideal candidate will have prior contracts experience, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Prior in-house experience at an investment manager, RIA, private fund, asset manager, or broader financial services firm would be highly relevant.
Location: Stamford, CT Schedule: 5 days on-site
Hours: 8:30am–6:00pm EST, with flexibility needed from time to time based on deal flow.
Comp: Up to $220k base + up to $130k bonus
