🚀 Junior Investment / Quant Associate
📍 London | Front Office | £50k–£80k Base

An exciting opportunity for a highly motivated graduate or junior professional to join a newly launching investment fund entering a key growth phase.

Working directly alongside an experienced Portfolio Manager, this is a genuinely front-office role offering broad exposure across investments, fund operations, quantitative analysis, systems, and strategy support from day one.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to learn fast, take on real responsibility early, and be part of building an investment business from the ground up.

The Role

This is a broad, hands-on role supporting both the launch and ongoing development of the fund.

You will:
• Work directly with the PM across cross-asset and structured product strategies
• Support fund launch, setup, and day-to-day operations
• Assist with valuations, fees, and fund processes
• Contribute to quantitative and investment analysis
• Improve and automate workflows and operational processes
• Support systems and infrastructure build-out
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Gain exposure to fund strategy development and new investment ideas

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional graduate programme or siloed support role.

The successful individual will gain direct exposure to:
✔ Front-office investment activity
✔ Structured products and OTC exotic strategies
✔ Fund operations and infrastructure
✔ Quantitative analysis and product mechanics
✔ The full lifecycle of launching and growing an investment fund

What They’re Looking For

• 0–3 years’ experience (internships welcomed)
• Strong numeracy and logical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Organised, practical, and hands-on mindset
• Curious, motivated, and willing to learn
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment
• Prior exposure to a fund, asset manager, investment bank, or similar investment environment would be advantageous
• Technical / Python / automation skills beneficial

The client is not looking for purely theoretical profiles or “rocket scientists”. Instead, they want someone intelligent, adaptable, commercially minded, and excited by the opportunity to grow with the business long term.

An exceptional opportunity for an ambitious junior looking for real exposure, steep learning, and the chance to work directly with an experienced PM at a pivotal stage in the fund’s growth.
