Vice President, Legal & Compliance
I’m partnered with a high-growth private equity platform who are looking for a VP, Legal & Compliance to join a lean, build-out environment.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the GC/CCO as the second compliance hire with broad exposure across:
- Advisers Act Compliance.
- Code of Ethics & MNPI controls.
- Marketing rule oversight.
- Vendor due dilligence.
- Regulatory filings & annual review.
- Building and scaling compliance infrastructure.
The role offers strong visibility, autonomy and the chance to shape the compliance function within a growing platform.
We’re looking to speak with candidates coming from private markets / investment management backgrounds with hands-on, generalist compliance experience.
