We are supporting one of our Wealth Management clients with their search for an experienced IT Audit Manager to lead and deliver a wide range of audits with a strong focus on technology and operational resilience. This senior role plays a key part in safeguarding the organisation’s assets, reputation, and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver audits across IT and Operational functions, including: Cyber security, Third-party risk, Data governance & Operational resilience
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of audit assignments, ensuring quality and timely completion
  • Provide expert advice on governance, risk management, and emerging technology risks
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate findings through clear reports and presentations
  • Coach and mentor auditors, supporting development and team performance
  • Drive continuous improvements in audit methodology, data analytics, and agile auditing practices

About You:

  • Significant experience in risk and controls-focused roles (Internal Audit, IT Audit, Risk, or Compliance)
  • Proven leadership of IT audit projects and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT governance frameworks and regulatory standards (e.g., NIST, COBIT, FCA SYSC 8)
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders at executive level
  • Relevant professional qualification (e.g., CISA, ACA, ACCA) or working towards one
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver high-quality reports and recommendations
  • Curious, innovative, and resilient, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
