Overview
We are seeking an experienced Treasury Operations Manager to oversee cash and collateral operations in a dynamic financial services environment. The role combines operational leadership, risk management, and strategic project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily treasury operations including payment flows, collateral, cash investments, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with banks, custodians, and regulators to ensure smooth processes.
• Oversee liquidity management and securely invest funds.
• Lead treasury system enhancements and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain controls, documentation, and business continuity.
• Train and support junior staff and foster strong partner relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience in treasury operations, settlements, or financial management.
• Knowledge of repo and government securities markets and liquidity risk management.
• Strong risk and controls mindset with attention to detail.
• Leadership experience and ability to drive projects.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, and MS Office is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
