Commerce firm seeks a SOC Lead to join the Cyber Security function. The SOC Manager joining will be responsible for leading the day-to-day running of their internal SOC. This is a key leadership role where you’ll manage a team of skilled analysts, oversee cybersecurity monitoring and incident response, and ensure the SOC is operating efficiently and in line with industry standards.
In this role, you’ll lead and develop the SOC team, ensuring the effective detection, analysis, and response to cybersecurity incidents.
Collaboration with InfoSec, GRC, and IT teams to align security operations and maintain a consistent, organisation-wide approach to cyber risk.
A key part of your role will be driving continuous improvement in SOC tooling, automation, and response processes.
Excellent communication skills are necessary for this role, as you will take ownership of reporting SOC performance, delivering meaningful insights to Senior stakeholders.
This role offers incredibly hybrid flexibility (1 day in office per month), the opportunity to drive improvement and the opportunity to make change.
This is a hybrid role, with up to £75,000 on the base plus EXCELLENT benefits and bonus.
