Senior Operational Risk Officer

My international Fintech and digital assets exchange is looking for a Senior Operational Risk Officer to join their expanding Enterprise Risk Management Team. The role

 

• Grow, maintain and improve the enterprise risk framework
• Implement and advocate innovation and automation where appropriate using an open-minded but well reasoned approach
• Monitor and control the operational risk of the organisation by using key risk indicator that you will identify and develop
• Conduct on-going reviews of the risks and the processes in order to drive efficiency
• Implement new and updated policies to support the business
• Maintain and improve existing software

You:

• Technology interested as well as having an interest and experience with the regulatory side of Operational Risk
• Strong experience in Business and enterprise risk with a working knowledge of the wider non-financial risk domain
• Experience working in fast moving, technology aware organisations within the financial services sector
• Strong working knowledge of running RCSAs, creating dashboards and management reports etc
• Self-starter mentality, someone who is curious and interested in improving their skills, knowledge and experiences
• Stakeholder management experience at all levels up to and including c-suite
• Problem solving ability and analytical skills.
