Senior Operational Risk

My Global trading exchange client is looking for a Senior Operational Risk officer to set out the risk framework, create and implement an Incident Management Process, manage the ever changing regulatory landscape from a risk perspective and manage the business stakeholders.

• Embed the Risk Framework, assessing the Risk Appetite, conducting RCSAs, KRIs, deep-dive risk analysis and Resilience analysis: BIAs, BCM
• Change and Project Risk Management
• Devise and circulate risk policies and procedures; develop risk management controls
• Embed an Incident Management Process, including; Training and awareness, 2LOD support during incidents, lessons learned, analysis and data mining and deep dive investigation/targeted assessments
• Lead the regulatory response from the risk management perspective
• Monitor, manage and assess risks. Create and present reporting for Board
• Ensure alignment of risk processes with evolving EU regulations
• Ensure governance is aligned to local regulatory requirements

Knowledge/Experience

• EU risk/regulatory experience including reporting
• CSD/Trade Repository and/or Trading platform experience
• Experience of interacting with European regulators (ESMA and the AFM or AMF)
• English language business fluency both spoken and written
• French language (preferred but not essential)
• Circa 6-12 years of experience
• Full time resident of the Netherlands with the right to live and work in the EU
