This leading international bank is growing its asset and wealth management businesses. Recent acquisitions together with organic growth has led to the approval of a significant headcount uplift with the initial focus on hiring individuals with strong asset/wealth management audit experience.
While these positions will focus on asset and wealth management audits, the wider team also covers capital markets, investment banking, and treasury. I have placed many individuals in this bank over the years and they are all still there albeit their titles are now elevated after promotions.
The working environment is very good, there is hybrid working and the Head of Audit is very supportive and flexible in his management approach. A minimum of two days a week in the office will be expected although many people prefer to go in 3 days. The Senior Manager position will be expected to lead large complex audits and be able to ‘face off’ to senior stakeholders.
