Senior Manager – IT Sec Ops
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Cyber Defence Manager to safeguard our digital infrastructure and lead proactive security initiatives at the heart of our investment operations. If you’re a strategic thinker with a strong technical foundation and a passion for staying ahead of cyber threats, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:

Lead the firm’s cyber defence strategy and incident response framework

Monitor and manage threat detection systems and SIEM tools

Collaborate with IT, compliance, and risk teams to ensure regulatory and operational security

Oversee vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits

Keep the firm ahead of evolving threats through continuous improvement and innovation
What You Bring:
-
5+ years in cyber security, with 2+ years in a leadership role
-
Strong knowledge of enterprise security tools, threat intelligence, and cloud security

Experience in financial services or investment environments preferred
-
Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent)
-
Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluent German and English
