Senior Manager – IAM – 145k
We’re hiring an experienced IAM Lead to take ownership of identity governance and access control across our enterprise systems. This critical role supports secure operations across our investment platforms and ensures compliance with global security standards.
What You’ll Do:

Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of IAM frameworks

Manage lifecycle processes for user identities and entitlements

Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR) through robust access controls

Collaborate with security, risk, and IT teams to enforce least-privilege policies

Drive IAM automation and integrate with cloud and on-prem systems
What You Bring:

5+ years of IAM experience with tools like SailPoint, Okta, or Azure AD
-
Deep understanding of RBAC, SSO, MFA, and identity lifecycle management
-
Financial services background a plus
-
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent German and English language.
