Our client is an established banking organization looking to recruit a senior legal counsel into their growing team.
The candidate will play a significant part in the organization’s ongoing IT transformation project and therefore will need to be well versed in a variety of commercial contracts negotiating, including: commercial agreements with suppliers, IT/SaaS and other types of procurement agreements, process outsourcing agreements, agency agreements, referral agreements, recruitment agreements etc..
This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced lawyer to joined a fast paced growing legal team working on some of the most interesting technology contracts in the market.
The ideal PQE banding for this role would be c.5-10 PQE but candidates on either side of the banding will also be considered.
In addition to this the role also offers a strong base salary and excellent benefits package.
