Red Teamer

Well established, high growth consulting business seeks a Principal Consultant level Red Teamer to lead engagements. Engagements will be technical Red Teams (not physical Red Teams). The role does not involve standard PenTesting assignments.

 

The focus of the role will be: red and purple team engagements, CBEST, TIBER, developing tools (creating scripts), creating a payload/bypassing controls, adversary simulation, developing applications and solving problems. They are looking for someone who is a genuine problem solver and who can think about things in different ways.

 

The Red Team function is currently small but growing and headcount is signed off for more junior team members.

 

The role available is for a Technical Lead (IC) but they are looking for someone who will be happy to coach ‘on the job’ the more junior staff they will be hiring. Management responsibilities will come in the future as the team grows if you are interested.

 

The successful candidate will be an experienced technical Red Teamer who has previously led multiple technical red team engagements. Certifications such as OSCP, Crest, CCSAM etc would be useful but are not a prerequisite.

 

This is a remote role (you must be based in the UK) which offers a competitive base salary and company stock and bonus.
