Manager – IT Sec Ops – 110k
We’re looking for an experienced IT Security Operations Manager to take a leading role in safeguarding infrastructure and systems from within the first line of defense. You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day technical security operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory frameworks like DORA, BAIT, and MaRisk.
What You’ll Do:

Manage and coordinate IT security operations, including monitoring, alert triage, and response

Oversee vulnerability management, endpoint protection, and SIEM tuning

Lead operational risk mitigation projects and work closely with engineering teams on control implementation

Collaborate with 2LoD (InfoSec, Risk, Compliance) to ensure policy alignment
-
Act as the interface for internal audit, regulators, and external security partners
What You Bring:
-
5+ years in security operations or technical IT security roles

Strong knowledge of security tooling, incident handling, and infrastructure protection
-
Familiarity with regulatory standards (DORA, ISO 27001, NIST, BAIT)

Fluent in German & English, with excellent communication and reporting skills

A proactive, hands-on approach and strong cross-functional collaboration mindset
