Legal Counsel
Our client is a leading global brokerage with well-established operational in Germany and across the EU. Due to significant growth, they are looking to hire an additional Legal Counsel to join their Frankfurt based team.
Responsibilities:
- Providing support on the drafting, review, negotiation and completion of commercial and customer contracts
- These would include (and go beyond) a variety of third party service agreements, NDA’s, ISDA documentation, engagement letters etc.
- Provide wider legal support and advice to all areas of the business
- Work with the wider legal function to support legal matters, polices and procedures
- Support the Compliance function with regulatory matters
- Support the product and operations teams with new product and platform developments.
Experience Required:
- German qualified Rechtanswalt with both State Examinations completed
- Fluent German Language skills
- Experience of working within Financial Services law gained either in-house or through Practice
- This role would suit candidates from Newly Qualified to 3 Year Post-Qualified Experience
