Legal Counsel

My client is a large financial services firm with a growing asset management legal team. They are looking to add another lawyer from NQ upwards to their team.

I’ve worked with them for years and placed a number of people into the team

This will report into the Head of Department.

They cover a wide remit of work in the corporate and commercial space.

It will cover many areas from investment service and management agreements to wider corporate advisory.

You’ll be part of a great team working closely with the business.

They’re open minded in terms of level and background as long as you have a good grounding in corporate and commercial work .

You will be eligible to work in the UK and ideally be common law qualified .

Asset management exposure would be preferred but they can be flexible.
