Internal Audit Manager

We have partnered with a leading global organisation, to assist in their search for a new Internal Audit Manager for their highly-regarded internal audit function, specifically to be based in the Warsaw (Poland) location.

Reporting to the recently-appointed Global Head of Internal Audit, you will ensure your teams’ output is of the standards to meet the standards of this high-performing function, in a very hands-on role. Whilst actively supporting the audit leadership team, you will work collaboratively and provide first class coaching and mentoring to team members.

This is a very visible position so it is key you have excellent stakeholder skills, alongside the strong audit and risk knowledge. You will manage relationships with some of the most senior business leaders, generating valuable audit insights on a range of risks to a variety of divisions.

To be considered, you will hold a full/relevant professional qualification alongside at least five years of audit or assurance experience.

On offer is a good salary (approx. 325,000 PLN / equivalent to £65,000), a very competitive bonus, and an opportunity to really progress your career in an evolving function.

This position will be based in the Warsaw (Poland) office, with additional international travel when required.
