Head of Information Security
My client, a globally recognised financial services organisation is seeking a hands-on individual to lead GRC in the UK.
In this newly created position, the successful incumbent will lead and continue to build a function focused on ensuring adherence with major standards. You will lead from the front, ensuring wide awareness and communication of InfoSec policies, as well as assisting junior reports in delivering on strategy. You will ensure a security first culture across the business, driving resilience and working closely with technical teams, including cyber defence and architecture, to ensure security by design.
In order to be successful in your application, you must be an exceptional communicator with proven track record of delivering within financial services environments. Previous experience with standards such as ISO27001, SOC2 and NIST are must haves. Certifications such as CISSP are a positive but equivalent experience is just as well regarded.
