Head of Identity and Access Management

A global financial services client is looking for an experienced IAM professional to join the business as Head of IAM to implement their PAM and IAM programme. This role is critical to the business and is suitable for a strategic person who has previous experience within IAM leadership roles. There is scope for this to turn into a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the identity team which is made up of product owners, project managers, business analysts and operational leads
  • Take full ownership of IAM and PAM, including the strategy, roadmaps and operational functions
  • Take the lead on the design of service and process changes
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and other teams within the business
  • Manage risk related to delivery and communicate risk reduction approaches
  • Work alongside Audit to implement controls
  • Manage vendors

Skills & Experience

  • Clear communication style with the ability to articulate to teams on varying IAM and PAM topics
  • Previous experience delivering and operating both IAM and PAM programmes
  • Strong, multi-year experience working within IAM and PAM
  • Proven background influencing C-suite level stakeholders
  • Experience in a senior leadership IAM role, managing teams
