Head of Credit

My client is a long income property fund with approximately £6Bn AuM. They are looking for a Head of Credit who is able to demonstrate the following characteristics:

  • Asset class experience within Real Assets – ideally real estate
  • An understanding of rating agency methodology through having spent some or all of their career in a ratings agency.
  • Some transactional experience, either from working in a bank, asset manager or insurance firm.
  • Deep fundamental credit analysis experience.
  • High level of technical expertise in credit risk measures, PD, LGD, EAD, EL etc.

This is a managerial role, leading a team of six analysts and requires someone who is an excellent communicator, highly articulate and with the ability to present to both internal stakeholders and investors.

The firm is ambitious and has plans to expand into infrastructure, renewables and other forms of credit based investments in the future. The role requirements are non-negotiable, so please only apply if you genuinely believe you fit the criteria; real assets (real estate), ratings, credit analysis, transactional experience.
