Compliance Advisory Manager – 12 month FTC

Barclay Simpson are currently hiring on behalf of a global Investment Bank who are looking for a Compliance Advisory Manager to join on a 12-month fixed term contract.

This is a great new opportunity with a well-known client who have made some exciting hires in the last 12 months.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Advisory along the GBM business lines in the UK
• Considering the Bank’s risk appetite and how this should be accounted for certain decisions made by the business.
• Developing and implementing new compliance policies and procedures
• Reviewing e-communication issues
• Communication with FCA on regular basis, regarding BNSL & SBE MiFID 2 transaction reports.
• Taking the lead on assigned projects.
• Advising/communicating with front office on regular basis.

The ideal candidate will come from an Investment Banking background and be either already in a temporary position or available with up to a months notice.

Salary on offer is negotiable but circa £75,000 – £80,000 plus bonus and benefits.

There is hybrid working opportunities.
