FP&A Manager

Barclay Simpson have been engaged by a rapidly growing Technology company to recruit for an FP&A Manager to join their expanding Finance function, with promotion prospects to Head of FP&A in the next few years. The company are going through an exciting period of development as they approach their upcoming IPO. This role is completely home-based but you must live within a 6 hour time zone of London (including USA East Coast).

You will report directly into the Group Head of FP&A, run the annual budgeting cycle, conduct internal & external market analysis to inform the formation of holistic strategic plans, manage financial models, design a range of processes, methodologies and models to low variance budgets vs actuals, and actively develop & mentor other members of the FP&A team.

You will hold a relevant qualification (ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA) and have strong academic background. Strong FP&A expertise in a complex organisation is essential. You must also live in a country within a 6 hour time zone of London (including USA East Coast) and have indefinite leave to remain in that country.

The salary on offer is £100,000-£110,000 (or EU equivalent) + bonus (up to 15%) + benefits.
