Deputy Head of Financial Crime

We are looking to speak to candidates for the position of Deputy Head of Financial Crime. This is a role for one of our longstanding (And best) clients in the Capital Markets space.

 

This is a fantastic role acting as the number 2 across all Financial Crime matters – including all areas of; AML, ABC, Sanctions and Fraud.

 

The role specifics include, but are not limited to:

 

• Interpreting and advising on all regulatory developments regarding financial crime compliance
• Engaging with all relevant internal and external stakeholders regarding financial crime compliance
• Advising and supporting the 1st line of defence
• Supporting and running FCC transformation projects
• Deputising for the Head Of FCC
• Production and presentation of MI information for senior management
• Representing the department on cross department initiatives
• Providing training and recommendations to staff across the business
• Acting in an advisory capacity for the team and other relevant teams
• Leasing with internal and external auditors
