Credit Risk Consultant
I am supporting an International boutique Consultancy firm with their search for a number of Credit Risk Consultants to join the UAE team based in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be technically strong with global exposure and at least 5 years experience in Management Consulting within banking or financial services focusing on Credit Risk.
Main areas of expertise required:
- Hands-on experience in building Credit Risk Models and or Model Validation of IRB and/or IFRS9 Models.
- Experience in Programming languages and data structures such as SAS, Python, R, MATLAB, etc.
- Be familiar with local GCC and international financial regulation.
- Strong Analytical skills with a quantitative risk management background in Banking.
- Additional experience in ICAAP/ILAAP, risk appetite/limiting, stress testing, capital management, recovery/resolution, strategic planning and/or pricing a plus.
- Problem solving skills and the ability to see the bigger picture.
- Strong academics, ideally a relative quantitative Masters degree.
- Fluent in English language essential.
