Conduct Risk Manager

My client is a retail banking institution based in Manchester. You will have hybrid working in the office and at home.

For the right person they are open to discuss working locations between London and Manchester. There is a heavy preference for Manchester.

They are looking to hire a retail banking or consumer credit conduct risk specialist to come on board and support with compliance advice to the business.

This is a senior role with no management responsibilities. Solid compliance advisory experience in retail banking products is a necessity.

This is a contract role replacing a permanent person.

• Develop conduct risk initiatives in line with current regulatory guidelines from the FCA that protect the business.
• Maintain systems and processes
• Risk Management framework maintenance and development of policies and procedures
• Review incidents and breaches and provide remediation
• Assist with risk reviews
• Development a conduct risk dashboard
• Provide training across the business
• Regulatory Change and horizon scanning
• Provide regular reporting governance committees

This role is inside IR35 and looking to pay circa £650/day
